About the Role
Sense of Hearing Canada is seeking an experienced, motivated and reliable full-time front-office manager to join our team of hearing healthcare professionals at our Welland Ontario location. This team of hearing healthcare professionals take pride in providing their patients with a warm and educational hearing healthcare experience.
As a member of the team, the successful candidate will enjoy every opportunity in building ongoing relationships with the clinical staff and patients.
The successful candidate must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, time management and problem-solving skills, and in addition the ability to work independently as needed. Duties include but not limited to: Welcoming Patients, Scheduling Appointments, Database Management and Book keeping.
Your experience must include: computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and a minimum of 2 years front office experience.
