Warranty
All hearing aids, independent of the prescribed manufacturer, purchased through any of our Sense of Hearing clinics come with a three or four year manufacturer’s warranty and a two year loss and damage warranty. Depending on the manufacturer a 4th-year warranty is available.
Service Plan
Included in the four year Sense of Hearing service plan:
- Free batteries
- Re-programing and hearing aid adjustments
- Unlimited cleaning
- Ongoing counselling
- Annual hearing re-assessment
- Tube changes
- Minor repairs
- Up to 4 year SOH plan available
Prior to warranty expiration, Sense of Hearing offers our patients the ability to purchase an extended hearing aid warranty and service plan. Up to 4 year warranty available.
