Heidi Ludwig

Au.D, F-AAA, CAA, Reg. CASLPO DOCTOR OF AUDIOLOGY

  • Bio

    Heidi obtained a Doctorate of Audiology from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree with honours in Speech and Language Sciences from Brock University with additional studies as a Communicative Disorders Assistant. 


    Heidi completed her fourth-year audiology externship with Hearing Evaluation Services of Buffalo where she gained a wealth of knowledge regarding selection and fitting of a variety of hearing aids. Heidi has worked in the past as an Infant Hearing Screener, a VNG technician, and a Cochlear Implant Technician and brings experience testing both adult and pediatric populations and vestibular assessment. 


    Before joining us,  Heidi worked as a clinical audiologist at Watertown Audiology in Watertown, NY, and has been with Sense of Hearing since 2020.

Amber McDougald

HB.A. Hons., CDA AUDIOLOGY ASSISTANT

  • Bio

    Amber joined our Sense of Hearing team in 2023 after graduating from the CDA program at St. Lawrence College.


    She is also a Queen’s University graduate where she got her Bachelor of Arts with a major in linguistics and a minor in French. Amber enjoys working with both adults and children to help them meet their hearing care needs.
